On March 31st , while bursting in tears, Alonzo Mourning became the first player in Heat history to have his number retired. He was a Two time defensive Player of the year, Seven Time NBA AllStar, Olympic Gold Medalist, and a big contributer to the success that the heat had in 2006 as they went on to become Champions.
